GeoFolder relies on honest consumer feedback to power trustworthy local recommendations:

• Authentic Experiences: Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine, first-hand interactions with the business.
• Prohibited Manipulations: Writing reviews in exchange for monetary incentives, posting defamatory content, or submitting malicious competitor ratings is strictly prohibited.
• Account Integrity: Users must not create automated bot accounts or duplicate profiles to artificially inflate listing metrics.

Business owners claiming or registering a merchant profile agree to the following standards:

• Accurate Catalog Data: Product listings, service offerings, operating hours, contact numbers, and pricing must be kept up-to-date.
• Honest Deals & Discounts: All promotional offers published on the platform must be valid and honored at store locations.
• Verification & Moderation: GeoFolder reserves the right to review, edit, or suspend business listings that violate community guidelines or trade laws.

All interface designs, branding, logos, trademarks, database schema, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of GeoFolder. Users and merchants retain ownership of their uploaded photos and trademarks while granting GeoFolder a worldwide license to display them for local search purposes.

GeoFolder serves as a discovery and connection platform. We do not manufacture listed goods or directly perform merchant services. Direct transactions, reservations, and agreements entered into between consumers and third-party merchants remain between the respective parties.
